Printing Sleeves for the Flexographic Industry from Polywest

Adapters  In flexo printing there are two solutions for covering differences in repeat: on the one hand built-up sleeves with the necessary wall thickness and on the other: adapters. Adapters enable the printer to bridge large differences in circumference where standard built-up sleeves reach their limitations.  Adapters have an additional weight advantage over thick walled sleeves making them easier to handle.  adapterAll POLYWEST adapters are conductive (in accordance with ATEX 95) as a matter of principle and are characterized by their light weight, stability and rigidity. The robust surfaces can cope with repeated sleeve changes and allow sleeves to onyxbe mounted with ease. POLYWEST adapters are manufactured with high precision as regards concentricity and are designed in such a way that sleeve and adapter are prevented from rotating relative to each other.

Sleeves  The line of plate mounting sleeves and the innovative surface meet the requirements for flexo printing when it comes to printing with solvent-based, UV and water-based inks.  They were developed to fit all air support cylinder sizes and are easy to mount.  The special construction enables high quality print results to be achieved.

Autocreaser Pro 50The Autocreaser Pro 33 is the entry level machine offering reliability, accuracy and productivity which thousands of users around the world have come to expect from Morgana.  At an operating speed of 5,550 sheets per hour, the Autocreaser Pro 33 uses the proven Morgana Joystick control system.   In line with all the Morgana creasing products, the Autocreaser Pro 33 uses the new Morgana PosiFeed feeding system.   This new feeding system will Autocreaser Pro 33allow for the feeder to be piled higher and to feed more difficult paper stocks.  The machine incorporates a 7" touch screen which controls all the main functions of the machine.  Using the screen is simplicity itself.  In addition to the features of the Autocreaser Pro 33; the Autocreaser Pro 50 has a Digifold Pro30% speed enhancement as well as selective speed control enabling the operator to decide on the best speed to run any given job.  The Autocreaser Pro 50 is truely the big brother of the Autocreaser range of machines supplied by Morgana.  When used in conjunction with the Autocreaser Pro machine, the Autofold Pro bridges the gap between Digital Creasing and traditional folding.   Incorporating the patented flying knife technology of Morgana which prevents scuffing and marking on digital stock; the Autofold Pro delivers accurately folded Autofold Prosheets to a motor driven shingling delivery.  Following the sucessful installation of over 1000 Digifold machines and 500 Digifold 5000P machines - the Documaster ProDigifold Pro is a natural progression in this series of machines.  With a speed increase of 20% and the incorporation of the Pro series touch panel; the Digifold Pro remains a leader in the automated creasing / folding arena of the digital print finishing market.  The Documaster Pro is the final machine in the series of machines benefitting from the Touch Screen and PosiFeed upgrades.
